Steps to Reproduce:

This was found in https://bugfest-goldenrod.folio.ebsco.com/ but it probably repros in snapshot as well
Generate a delivery staff slip containing the requester.country token
Follow the steps in the Test rail case if you don't know how to create and generate a delivery staff slip: https://foliotest.testrail.io/index.php?/cases/view/6657

Expected Results: requester.country token should populate with the country specified in the selected delivery address

Actual Results: Token doesn't populate
