      Description

      Purpose: create permissions for users to backdate check ins

      1. Scenario
        • Given the Users module
        • When enabled
        • Then a permission should be provided called “Check In: Can backdate check ins"
        • Given that a user has been given the permission “Check In: Can backdate check ins” and no other permissions
        • When the user accesses FOLIO
        • Then the Check In app should not be visible in the top nav
      2. Scenario
        • Given that a user has been a permission that provides access to checking in loans (e.g., "Check In: Can check in items") and the permission “Check In: Can backdate check ins”
        • When the user navigates to the Check In app
        • Then:
          • show the edit icon next to the Process as and Time returned fields
          • allow user to edit the Process as and Time returned fields
      3. Scenario
        • Given that a user has been a permission that provides access to checking in loans (e.g., "Check In: Can check in items") but not the permission “Check In: Can backdate check ins"
        • When the user navigates to the Check In app
        • Then:
          • do not show the edit icon next to the Process as and Time returned fields
          • do not make the "today" and "now" text clickable/editable
      4. Scenario
        • Given that a user has been given the permission Check In: All permissions
        • When the user accesses FOLIO
        • Then the user should have all the rights conferred by the following permissions:
          • Check In: Can check in claimed returned items
          • Check In: Can check in items
          • Check In: Can backdate check ins
      5. Scenario
        • Given that a user has been given the permission “Check In: Can backdate check ins” as part of a permission set
        • When the user accesses FOLIO
        • Then they should have all rights normally conferred by this permission, in addition to the rights conferred by the custom permission set
