[UICAT-40] Modifying tag 000/06 (or 000/07), automatically also tag 008 will change - FOLIO Issue Tracker

Description

If the user modify tag 000/06 for example from "a" (language material) to "m" (computer file), automatically the application will load the related tag 008, for "computer file" material.

Even if we change the 000/07 for example from "m" (monograph) to "s" (serial): automatically the application will load the related tag 008, for "continuing resource" material.
