Description

Now, in MARCcat creating a new tag, the user dosn't add subfield $a, because the application will assign it automatically.
We need to change this behaviour: the user must type $a in the new tag.

In some tags, the first subfield isn't $a, but other, for example $b or $c. The first subfield depends by tag.
