Description

During cataloging workflow (and also in template setting) the user will be able to edit tag 040 and change the value of $a (library symbol code) and $b (language of cataloguing).
To do it, it's enough to change in "fieldStatus" the value "unchanged" in "changed" (in tag 040 of json: bibliographicRecord).
