Edit authority record

Edit authority record from Search authorities results list screen

1. First we have to select authority option in filter search option.
2. After that, search an Authority record and click in one record from search results.
3. In Actions menu click on Edit Record.
It will load the record, when we save changes or cancel te page without saving changes, we have to change some code too in search filter page to adjust the page according the backforward from edit page.
