Navigation Buttons Not Displayed in Calendar Exceptions Editing Screen

    Description

      The Today, Back and Next buttons are not displayed on the calendar exceptions screen in the calendar version loaded in bugfest (2.7.0)

      These buttons are present in version 2.5.0 that we have loaded at the University of Chicago.

      The navigation buttons are necessary to view exceptions beyond the current month
