All day option on new Exception period panel

    Description

      • A new checkbox should appear on new exceptional opening panel with label "All day"
      • Checking this option the start and end time must be disabled and filled with 00:00 and 24:00
      • Unchecking this option the start and end time must be enabled and empty
      • Backend request must contain the allDay field when checkbox is checked
