      Description

      Overview:

      Incorrect date for Italian and French Language

      Italian language:

      03/20/AMAMAMAM - 12/31/AMAMAMAM (Orario apertura Sala lettura)

      English language:

      03/26/2020 - 12/31/2030 (Orario apertura Sala lettura)

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into https://folio-iris.dev.folio.org/
      2. Go to settings, change language to either to Italian or French
      3. Go to Calendar in Setting UI -> Calendar -> Library Hours -> select Library hour which has date

      Expected Results:

      Date should be correctly translated to any language and in correct format

      Actual Results:

      Date is not getting translated to Italian/French language

      Additional Information:
