Are you sure form

Purpose/Overview:
Before any records are updated the user will have a chance to see what records will be affected by this action.

Scenario 1:
Given: the in-app bulk edit form
When: the user clicks "Confirm changes" option
Then: a new  "Are you sure?" form opens:

Scenario 2:
Given: the "Are you sure?" form
When: the forms opens
Then: it contains following elements:
1. "Are you sure?" label
2. Notification about the number of affected records
3. Preview of the records to be changed
4. "Keep editing" button
5. "Download preview" button
6. "Save and close" button

Scenario 3:
Given: the "Are you sure?" form
When: the user clicks the Keep editing button or X button on the left top corner of the form
Then: the form is closed and the in-app bulk edit form opens

Scenario 4:
Given: the "Are you sure?" form
When: the user clicks the Download preview button
Then: the csv file with all matching records is saved to the local machine with the name <yyyy-mm-dd-Updates- Preview-<name of the file with identifiers>.csv

Scenario 5:
Given: the "Are you sure?" form
When: the user clicks the Save and close button
Then: the affected records are being updated and progress bar as implemented in UIBULKED-21 is displayed
