Type non existing location and press enter. Error while bulk edit items

Overview:
Request was send 2 times: firstly I get 200, after I get 500

Preconditions:
User must have csv file with list of valid item barcodes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login in snapshot as a diku_admin
2. Go to bulk-edit page
3. Select Items - inventory and Item barcode in Set criteria pane
4. Upload file
5. Actions -> Start bulk edit
6. Fill temporary location with non existing location for example

7. Press Enter

Expected Results:
Nothing happens

Actual Results:
Someting went wrong page
