User-records - commit changes - in app

Purpose/Overview:
Provide feedback to the user about the status of the update jobs.

Scenario 1:
Given: the Are you sure? form
When: the user clicks "Save and close" button - the button label will be renamed in UIBULKED-132
Then: the changes are committed, the progress bar is displayed and once the update jobs completes, the standard confirmation page is displayed with:
1. Confirmation banner stating the number of the successfully updated records
2. Preview of the updated records. The columns selection persists from the landing page
3. Error accordion (if any error occurred).

Scenario 2:
Given: errors occurred during the job execution
When: the Errors accordion displays
Then: it contains the label with correct record counts (as in UIBULKED-101) and the list of errors with record identifier and short description of the error. The identifiers should be the same as the ones used to trigger the bulk edit.
