    Description

      Purpose/Overview:
      To provide option to update a part of the email address. This functionality is needed if the domain name changes.

      Out of scope:
      Validation of the email address is not in scope of this story.

      Scenario 1:
      Given: the Action menu
      When: clicks the "Start bulk edit" button
      Then: the in-app bulk edit form opens:

      Scenario 2:
      Given: the in-app bulk edit page
      When: the page opens
      Then:
      1. the top of the page contains the name of the page and the number of records that matched the search criteria:

      2. The file name is repeated in the main pane:

      3. Below the file name there is the Bulk edits accordion and the accordion is expanded

      Scenario 3:
      Given: the Bulk edits accordion
      When: the in-app bulk edit page opens
      Then:

      • the accordion contains Options and Actions columns
      • each row contains the Select option and Select action dropdowns, the Plus icon and the garbage can icon in each row

      Scenario 4:
      Given: the Bulk edits accordion
      When: the user clicks Select option dropdown
      Then: "Email" option is displayed and the order of the existing options is as follows:
      1. Email
      2. Expiration date
      3. Patron group

      Note: Permissions are outside the scope

      Scenario 5:
      Given: the Bulk edits accordion
      When: the user clicks Select action dropdown
      Then: "Find" option is displayed

      Scenario 6:
      Given: the Bulk edits accordion
      When: the user selects the "Find" action
      Then: it is followed by the text box, another action "Replace with" and the second text box:

      Scenario 7:
      Given: the user selects the "Find" action
      When: any of the following textboxes is blank
      Then: the "Confirm changes" button is disabled

      Additional information:
      Only one instance of the email field can be displayed on the in-app bulk edit form.
