exportCsv does not properly handle array as second argument

Overview: exportCsv does not correctly check whether its second argument is an array
Steps to Reproduce:

1. call exportCsv with an array of fields to exclude in the second argument

Expected Results: fields in the array are excluded from the results
Actual Results: fields in the array are included in the results
