Rename ResourcesAnalyzer to ConnectedSource

Now that resources-analyser objects now do actions (fetchMore) as well as queries, the name ResourcesAnalyzer is no longer really right. After some discussion with zburke, we landed on the name ConnectedSource. This is an accurate description of what the object is a handle to, and also has a nice resonance with "stripes-connect resource" without quite claiming to be the same thing.

This will involve renaming a file, changing an import, and changing names of things in both the resource-analyzer classes and in the client-code that uses it in <SearchAndSort>.
