Search/Filter pane is not in a collapsed state

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as diku_admin
2. Go to Data import > View all page
3. Collapse the Search/Filter pane by clicking the arrow at the top of the pane
4. Go to another app or Settings area
5. Return to Data import/View all

Expected Results:

The Search/Filter pane should be in a collapsed state and should persist 
Actual Results:

The Search/Filter pane is not in a collapsed state and persists
