Location Autocomplete not working as of Iris

Overview: In the Holdings and Items edit screens, when attempting to fill in the Permanent and/or Temporary Location values, the "Filter options list" box will only match on substrings of the "Select location".
For example, entering 'a' will highlight the 'a' in Location, but entering 'd' will return "List is empty No matching options" even when you can see "Display" in the list below.

This does not appear to be present in other areas of the system; for example, filtering Funds when creating a new Order Line works as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
2. Navigate to a Holding or Item record, and Edit
3. Select the Permanent or Temporary Location fields
4. Type in a character that begins the name of a location you know exists in your system (i.e. "d" for "Display")

Expected Results:
Typing in a string will filter the list of locations to only those containing that substring

Actual Results:
Only substrings of "Select location" are highlighted and filtered to that single line of the dropdown list.... with the possible exception of 'b' and 'j', which filter out the 'Select location' option and leave the full location list (inverse behavior).
