Users | Create/Edit Note | Add a new field > Display note as a pop-up

As a librarian
I want a note(s) tied to a patron to display when I access the user record via Users app or Check out app
So that I have additional information about the user before processing any check outs or other actions.

Requirements

• This Notes helper app requirement only applies to the notes that can be created on the Users app. No other app that uses the Notes helper app should have this requirement implemented
• Users app > Create/Edit Note display the following:
  • Field label: Display note as a pop-up
  • Required: No
  • Input type: Checkbox
  • Default: None
  • Options: Users app, Check out app
  • Display position: Below Note Details

Acceptance criteria

Given I am on the Users app
When I create a note
Then the field Display note as a pop-up should have no default selection

Given I am on the Users app
When I create/edit a note
Then I am able to select multiple values for the Display note as a pop-up field

Given I am on the eholdings app
When I create/edit a note
Then I should not see the Display note as a pop-up field and values

Given I am on the Requests app
When I create/edit a note
Then I should not see the Display note as a pop-up field and values
