Allow the selection of remote storage locations

Purpose: to allow a user to change an item or holding location to a remote storage location
User story statement(s):

As a <librarian,
I want to change an item or holding location and flag it as remote storage
so that the item or holding is moved to, circulated from, or returned to remote storage

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given the item record in Edit
   • When I change the location to a location that has been flagged as remote storage
   • Then the location name says "Remote" in the drop down list of locations, for example, Building C "Remote"
   • And when I select the "Remote" location the item location changes to remote
2. Scenario:
   • Given the holding record in Edit
   • When I change the location to a location that has been flagged as remote storage
   • Then the location name says "Remote" in the drop down list of locations, for example, Building C "Remote"
   • And when I select the "Remote" location the holding location changes to remote
3. Scenario:
   • Given an item and a holding records
   • When I move an item to a holding with a location flagged as remote storage
   • Then the item location changes to the holding location
4. Scenario
   • Given a holding record with a location flagged as remote
   • When I create an item in the holding
   • Then it will have the same location as the holding
