Fix Color Contrast problems for NotesList details buttons

    Description

      During testing the notes components by the Color Contrast Analyzer found that buttons 'Snow more' and 'Edit' failed the test. It make sense when color blindness type is tritanopia or tritanomaly.

      A possible solution to the problem is to increase the font size.
