Typing a not-allowed tag character causes Apps to crash

    Description

      Overview: When searching for tags that contain specific chars, the App crashes. Tested with following characters: ([\

      Occurs in app: Users, Organizations, Orders, Agreements, Licenses

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into https://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com or https://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com as diku_admin
      2. Open any of these apps: Users, Organizations, Orders, Agreements, Licenses
      3. Open Tag filter on left side and type one of "([\"
      4. Click the tag icon to add a tag
      5. The app will crash with an error message:
        ERROR:Invalid regular expression: /^[/: Unterminated character class

      This issue is related to https://issues.folio.org/browse/STSMACOM-294 which was fixed in March 2020.
