Settings > Users > Custom Fields > Edit: Prevent PUT request for accordion title during drag and drop custom fields

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Drag any custom fields multiple times
2. Open Devtools > Network

Expected Results:
Should send only one PUT request to /custom-fields
Actual Results:
Send two request, first to /custom-fields, second to /configurations
Additional Information:
It happens when any custom field dropped to another place CustomFieldsForm component calls a function that is intended for a save button
