Create/Edit User record: Unable to select a radio button option when multiple Custom Field radio button sets are created

1. Go to testing or snapshot
2. Create 2 or 3 radio button custom fields. One custom field should have 3 options, Second custom field should have 4 options , Third custom field should have 5 options
3. Go to Create/Edit User record
4. Select the first option for the first radio button custom field
5. Select the first option for the second radio button custom field
6. Actual outcome: unable to select the first, second, third options for the second radio button custom field. You can select the fourth or fifth option
7. Expected outcome: For each radio button custom field set, a user should be able select any option
