    Description

      Update <OptionsField> component to support unique identifiers of options

      Requirement: Each option requires an unique identifier AND change should be applied to the following custom fields that support options

      • Single Select
      • Multi-Select
      • Radio button

      Requirement: A new unique identifier has to be generated after a new option is created
      Requirement: Unique identifier should be generated in the same format as on back-end to be discussed with BE
