Input type - Single Checkbox: Custom Field: Include in the Add custom field dropdown

As a librarian
I want to select a custom field's input type
So that I can manage how the date is stored and entered

Requirements

• Add Single textbox to the 'Add custom field' dropdown
• Input types should display in alphabetical order

Acceptance Criteria

Given I want to create a custom field
When I click on the Add custom field dropdown
Then display all input types options

Given I select the input type = single checkbox
Then a new custom field accordion should display with single checkbox custom field settings
