Input type - Single checkbox: Custom Field: Help text

As a librarian
I want to enter help text
So that a FOLIO user can view an explanation about a field

Requirements

• Display an option that allows you to enter an explanation that displays with the custom field on a record
• Label: Help text
• Type: textbox
• Character limit: 100
• Default: None

Acceptance Criteria

Given I enter help text for the custom field [Commuter Student] on the User Record
When I create/edit a user record
Then display the info icon to the right of [Commuter Student] that contains the help text

Given I have entered more than 100 characters for Help text
Then display an inline error message <<#of characters max limit>> has been exceeded. Please revise.
