Input type - Single checkbox: Create/Edit a custom field: Show/Hide on a record

As a FOLIO System Admin
I want to set whether the custom field will display on a record
So that I can decide whether the custom field remains valuable to track/store information

Requirement

• Label: Hidden
  • Field type: single checkbox
  • Default: Not selected

Acceptance Criteria

Given I have created/edited a custom field [Patron RefID]
When I hit Save
AND have not changed the Hidden default
Then the field should display on the record type(s) that I have specified

Given I have created/edited a custom field [Patron RefID]
When I check the Hidden checkbox
AND hit Save
Then the field should not display on any record
