Input type - Text area: Create/Edit a custom field : Field label

As a FOLIO system administrator
I want to be able to create a custom field to display on a record
So that my library can maintain a workflow and track key statistics.

Requirement

• Label: Field label
• Field label should support 65 characters max.
• Field label is required
• Max character limits should be easy to change in db
• Apply to every custom field

Acceptance Criteria

Given I want to create a custom field [Patron RefID]
When I click create/edit a custom field
Then display Field name field

Given I have entered [Patron RefID] for the Field label
When I clear Field name field
Then display an inline error message - Field label is required.

Given I have entered more than 65 characters in the Field label
Then display an inline error message <<#of characters max limit>> has been exceeded.
