Ordered and bulleted lists are not superimposed on the text when the user increases the indent in the "Body" field

Overview: 

The bullets and numbers superimpose in the template body field (MGBugfest_NoticeBody), though not in the preview (MGBugfest_NoticePreview).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Morning Glory Bugfest
2. Follow this test: https://foliotest.testrail.io/index.php?/tests/view/1046090&group_by=cases:section_id&group_id=331&group_order=asc

Expected Results: No superimposing.

Actual Results: There is superimposing. **

Additional Information:

• I would also add: In the preview, the indentation seems to apply only to the text, and not to the numbers or bullets; from the original work, I cannot make out if that is as per design or not.
• There is no superimposing in Snapshot. The preview looks the same however.
• I left the release field to TBD, because prio = P4.
