    Description

At present, stripes-connect is hardwired to always send the authorization "x". Instead, we need to provide a facility for a user to log in, and for the resulting authorisation token to either by passed into stripes-connect as needed, or for stripes-connect itself to cache it and send it as required.

(This will require some actual UI work in Okapi-console as well: we'll file that separately when we get to that point.)
