Description
It is common for library staff to need to switch between two user records, for example. One easy way we can already support that is by using multiple browser tabs. To do this, you have to copy the link out of the browser and open a new tab and then paste the link in. Then you need to log in again to view the record.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Implement right click list item to open in new tab (and all other standard right click link functionality)
- Should not have to log in again to view page in new tab (covered in a separate story)
