    Description

Currently, the manifest is parsed into objects representing the resources connected to a component. These are created with the wrapper class and not the instance as the mapStateToProps and mapDispatchToProps provided to react-redux's connect() are needed at that level.

Yet any state we'd want to store in a resource object is almost certainly applicable at the instance level eg. pagination.

Not sure how involved the refactoring will be to get us here though; needs further investigation.
