Making RadioButtonGroup / RadioButton display initial button on/off status

In the ui-users' edit-user form, the form doesn't display the current active/inactive state on entering the form.

The setting can be switched alright, from active to inactive and back.

I'm not sure how to make the radio button components display the initial state or if there is a bug in the components.
