      Description

      https://github.com/folio-org/stripes-components/tree/v5.6.0/lib/MultiColumnList says:

By default, the list's rows are tab-able. If tabbing among the list items, the ` (above Tab) will get you back out, and shift+ ` will skip to the next focusable element after the list.

      This is counterintuitive and inconsistent.

For vertically arranged items I usually can use cursor up and cursor down keys, see the Select component for an example: https://ux.folio.org/docs/guidelines/components/select/
Then Tab could be used to select the next or previous focusable element after and before the list.

The ` can have different positions on different keyboard layouts: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keyboard_layout
Shift + ` doesn't work on the German keyboard. To produce a ` you need to press the Shift key and the ยด` key at the same time. You cannot add another Shift.
