Allow one module to dynamically change hotkey bindings for another

    Description

      The ui-organization module contains a primitive editor for hotkey bindings, which successfully writes them back to mod-configuration. However, the changed bindings are not seen in other modules – e.g. the HotKeys test component in ui-developer – until the user logs out an logs in again.
