Coordination between lists and full view broken in Users and Items

If you edit an item, say modify a item's title, and submit it, the item view in the right panel will show the new title whereas the items list in the center panel will show the old title:

This is the natural effect of a deliberate effort that has happened, to separate the record that's being edited from the record that's being displayed in the list.
