Universal Header: Display all Apps dropdown

As a librarian
I want easy access to all apps that I have access

Requirements

• Display all Apps dropdown right before the Notifications icon
• all Apps dropdown should show all apps the user has permission to access
  • And current app is not clickable and display an indicator that it is selected
• Selecting an app in the dropdown should work no different from selecting an app on the Universal Header today
• If screen size = desktop AND user has access to more than one app THEN display up to 5 apps followed by all Apps dropdown
• If screen size less than desktop THEN display all Apps dropdown only
