Current App Indicator v1

    XMLWordPrintable

Details

    Description

Purpose: To make it clear to the use which app they are working in, FOLIO should have a "current app indicator" in the upper left corner of the page. Filip has documented the long-term vision for this feature in the umbrella issue STCOR-120. The purpose of this story is to implement the first iteration of this feature.

      Scenarios:

      1. Scenario
        • Given FOLIO
        • When App A (e.g. Users, Requests, Check out) is selected from the app toolbar in the top nav
        • Then App A's icon and name should display in the upper left of the top nav as shown in the attached mockup
      2. Scenario
        • Given the Settings app currently displaying in the upper left of the FOLIO top nav
        • When displayed
        • Then it should be displayed in the app toolbar along with the other apps (this will make room for the change requested in scenario 1 above)
      3. Scenario
        • Given the FOLIO top nav
        • When displayed
        • Then the FOLIO name and logo currently displaying in the upper left should be removed (the About page that is currently accessed by clicking these will be moved to Settings > Developer as part of UD-10)
