    Description

      Currently, percent and pixel -widthed panes are resized if there's a saved cache/init width. 
      This can cause layouts with only 2 panes (settings) to be unwelcomely resized.

      The only resizing of percentage panes that should be necessary is if the total width of the panes is greater than 100%
