CLONE - Fix Accessibility problems for "MultiSelection" component

Overview:
Accessibility problems in "Tag" component

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into folio-snapshot environment
2. Go to settings/data-import/match-profiles
3. Choose one of existing profiles or create a new one and save
4. Click on it to open the view details panel with `Tags` component
5. Run `axe` and check the axe reported issues related to current component

Expected Results:
There shouldn’t be any accessibility issues

Actual Results:
Axe report gives several accessibility issue
