Strange arrow appears in select boxes over scrollbar

Overview: What looks like a dropdown arrow appears in select boxes over scrollbar

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
2. Click Organizations app
3. Select org
4. Click Add integration

Expected Results: Account numbers and Automat order export for acquisition methods select boxes only have a scroll bar on right side

Actual Results: Account numbers and Automat order export for acquisition methods select boxes have an extra arrow that displays over top of the scrollbar
