Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into https://folio-iris.dev.folio.org/ or https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/
- Go to Settings, Developer, Session locale
- Switch to English(Sweden), Swedish or Russian
- Open a day picker calendar, for example "Users, Actions, New, Expiration date" or "Agreements, New, Start date"
Expected Result:
The calendar displays the correct day of the week.
Actual Result:
The day of the week is off by one, for example 2021-06-15 is a Tuesday but shown as Wednesday for English(Sweden) and shown as Monday for Swedish and Russian.
