Fix color contrast issues for the <MetaSection> and disabled <Button>

While working on fixing color contrast issues in https://issues.folio.org/browse/UIDATIMP-818, we came across a few contrast issues that need to be fixed in stripes-components:

• The disabled state for the <Button> component
• A false negative in the <MetaSection> component

How to test and fix

Run the WCAG Color Contrast checker chrome plugin in the Storybook for each of the components and update the colors to ensure that the contrast ratio is WCAG 2.1 level AA compliant.
