      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to eHoldings
      2. Go to any package
      3. Add Agreements to the package, if there are none
      4. Observe horizontal scroll

      Note: this reproduces on smaller screen sizes (about 1024px wide)

      Expected outcome: Horizontal scroll does not appear
      Actual outcome: Horizontal scroll appears
