Screenreader user | is not alerted when Load more has loaded new titles.

1. Use NVDA screenreader
2. Go to https://bugfest-honeysuckle.folio.ebsco.com/
3. Login with username: folio and password: folio
4. Go to Users app
5. Select Active Status filter
6. Go to Results list
7. Click Load more results

Actual outcome: "There is no alert that results have loaded upon activation of ""active"" checkbox.

Expected outcome: There is an alert that informs screenreader user that more results have been loaded.
Screenreader message: [Additional results loaded.]

More feedback from UC Boulder

The ""load more"" button works and the alert saying, ""currently loading, will focus on next row upon load"" is nice. Only issue here is that the user is not informed when the new items have loaded."
