Launching Agreements plug-in changes the width of the Package/Resource Record

1. Go to a Package or Resource record
2. Under Agreements click Add to launch the plug-in

Expected outcome: no change to the display of the package/resource record behind the plug-in

Actual outcome: The package/resource record seems to shift to the left and a vertical scrollbar appears a long with a lot of white space.
