Expose the ability to remove margins on Repeatable Fields' legend.

RepeatableFields currently renders a <fieldset> which applies its own styling. Although the default margin is a good idea in most cases, there are use-cases where it isn't (if the legend of the RepeatableField needs to align with the labels of other TextFields within a row, for example)

We need a prop that can turn off the default margin.
