Description

Suspects: ComponentDidUpdate lifecycle only factors in the count of registered accordions... and child Accordions should de-register when they unmount.

ref: https://issues.folio.org/browse/UIDATIMP-470 for unusual behavior, although I'm not sure the actual cause is AccordionSet/Status but ideally Accordions should be able to support child accordions coming and going.

The general shape of accordion layout in UI-data-imprt for sake of isolation =
AccordionSet -> Accordion (summary) + Accordion (details) ... -> AccordionStatus -> ExpandAllButton + AccordionSet -> Accordion (admin data) + Accordion (title data) + ...
