UI: Resizeable Panes

Purpose: Enable resizing of panes on various FOLIO pages. Supports users requests to view more of the detail record when in a third pane view.

General requirements

• Implementation must comply with WCAG 2.1 AA
• Implementation will not address persistence

Q2 2020 High priority

1.) Apps: Widen the third pane view when user collapses the search and filter pane
2.) Apps (not settings): make two pane view resizable
3.) Apps (not settings): make three pane view resizable

Q2 2020 Low priority (may move to Q3 2020)

1.) Find plug-ins: make two pane view resizable
2.) Settings: make two pane view resizable
3.) Settings: make three pane view resizable
4.) Settings: make four pane view resizable

Definition of Done and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Verify with one app (at minimum)
• Potentially use https://folio-styling.testing.samhaeng.com/ for UAT
• Post dev details to #stripes-updates channel
• Post UX details to #product-owners and #UX channels
