Description

While testing ~~UIU-130~~, I made a user "mike" whose only permission is "Settings (Users): Can create, edit and remove patron groups". When I log in as this user, I correctly see that the Settings menu is enabled. But when I click on the Users section, nothing is displayed and the console shows:
